  2. Shipping Timeframe:

    • It may take 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for delivery.

    • The actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the destination. For expedited shipping, please contact customer service. Additional charge will apply.

  3. Tracking Information:

    • Once the order is shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

    • Please allow 1 to 2 days for shipping carrier to update the tracking status on their website.

  4. Weekends and Holidays:

    • Please be aware that weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are not included in the processing and delivery.
